2. What data we process and why
- Contact and bookings: if you call or write to us, we will only use your name, phone number or email address to answer your enquiry or manage your booking. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of the booking you requested.
- Website statistics: if you accept statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics to find out, in aggregate, how many people visit the website and which pages they view. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie banner.
- Map and reviews: we show a Google Maps map (only if you accept cookies) and public Google reviews. These services may collect technical data about your browsing in accordance with their own policies.
This website has no forms or online shop, and we do not use your data to send advertising.
3. Retention
Contact and booking data are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Statistics data are kept according to the Google Analytics settings (maximum 14 months).
4. Recipients and transfers
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf: Hostinger (web hosting) and Google (Analytics and Maps). Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to restaurante.torrestorres@gmail.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of your ID document. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
